If you’d like to cancel any older or additional card subscriptions, please fill out the form below so we can locate and cancel them for you.

 

We take your privacy and security seriously. Please do not share your full card number or CVV — only the last four digits are needed.

To help us locate your plan, please include:

 

• Full name (as it appears on your plan)

• Email address used to subscribe

• Phone number

• Last 4 digits of the card you’d like to cancel

• Card expiry date

 

 

Once submitted, our support team will confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
